It is Smart Source Technologies, Inc.’s policy to encourage and reward employees for identifying other talented and qualified individuals for open positions at Inc. Based on this policy, all full-time, non-management employees can qualify for a referral bonus. The bonus is based on the following terms and schedule.
A bonus of up to a maximum of $500 is paid to any employee who refers a candidate to Smart Source who is hired for any of the permanent, full-time technical and management positions stated below and who remains in Smart Source’s employment continuously for at least 12 months. The bonus is paid out in two increments, one half after six months, and the other half after twelve months.
